CHIMNEY CLEANING TO BE PERFORMED:

 

MANOR COURT - SATURDAY, MAY 23, 2009 Beginning at 9:00 a.m. at 550 Manor

 

GREENWAY COURT – SUNDAY, MAY 24, 2009 Beginning at 9:00 a.m. at 570 Greenway Court

 

Ø     You must be home and allow the contractor to access your fireplace, wood stove, insert or gas fireplace. if you will be unable to accommodate the schedule assigned, YOU MUST RESCHEDULE prior to the cleaning date. 

 

Ø     YOU MUST CLEAN OUT YOUR FIREBOX PRIOR TO THE CONTRACTOR ARRIVAL.

 

Ø     Tenants are notified using the current contact information provided to us.  It is your responsibility, as owner, to make certain that someone is at the home for this contracted work.

 

Costs associated with missed appointments and/or stoves that have not been cleared of ashes, are due and payable by the Owner of the unit.  

 

Necessary repairs are not optional and are Owner expense.  All owners are required to perform recommended repairs with A qualified chimney repair contractor of their choice.  Proof of completed repairs must be submitted to the Association no later than 30 days following the cleaning date as detailed within this notice.
