PARADISE PINES TOWNHOMES ASSOCIATION Board of Directors, June 12, 2008

Meeting called to order at 6:08 p.m. at Woodland Park Library.

Those present: Ellen, Heather, Roberta (quorum present), manager Julie.

Minutes of the previous meeting are not available. Minutes of meeting March 20, 2008 approved. Financial statements for April and May and budget overview for first quarter reviewed. Total funds are $20,239.31. Two large bills are being paid. Delinquent Association dues totals $3080. The one unit that is farthest behind is now working to catch up.

Paving schedule still on hold. Julie asked Blackfoot to bid, but has had no reply at present. Gutter cleaning was completed.

There was a lightning strike at 514 Greenway, and electronic equipment damaged. There is a small hole that needs repair.

560 Greenway - Mr. Brady still wants to build the deck which the Board approved last year and is working with his tenant (a contractor who will build the deck) to get the necessary paper-work to Julie. Will get "Locate" done before building.

SB 100. Julie will deliver packets to Board members for further review. Meeting adjourned at 6:51.
